was woken up by my pops popping his head into my room before he left for work saying the fire had reached db. so 40,000 have been evacuated from diamond bar because of mandatory evacuations. The evacuation area is not that far from my house so I'm just sitting at home waiting and hoping the fire will stay where it is.
i drove over to timmy's but i had to come back home since i didn't get reception and just in case the roads to my house got blocked. good thing i came home when i did because NOW the main road outside of my little neighborhood is blocked so i can't really go anywhere because i won't be able to drive back home. stuck and bored. i wish tim timminy was here. or anyone.
prayers for safety, prayers for those whose homes are in danger, prayers all around.
this fire scares me more than the san diego fires last year because i grew up in this house for 17 years. i hope all works out.
God's plans are interesting sometimes.
