EVERYWHERE!
I am LOVING my first day in the city.
started out with filming in burlingame. had the biggest turkey avocado sandwich ever, took the "bartholomew" into the city and walked walked walked. for over 3 hours.
ended up at the theatre that is playing spring awakening, decided to spontaneously jump in line for stage seating that night, didn't get them, and got front row seats for another night!! Art and I LOVE this show. I think its art's 5th time watching this and my second. what can we say, we love sex on stage. but seriously, this show is so well done. go see it. that is my command for the day. go forth, do good, watch spring awakening.
wandered some more, found salmon backless satin bird jumper for only 4.99. yes, you read that right, just a measly 5. 40 got me the most ridiculous piece of clothing that you will never see me wear in public. unless you're lucky or tim, whichever. hhehe who says that you can't find cheap clothes at urban outfitters.
walked 10 blocks to get to art's dad's hotel then decided to be lazy and took the bus 10 more blocks to We Be Sushi, the most authentic looking, cheap japanese restaurant that serves inauthentic, heavily western-influenced japanese fare. but when hungry, all tastes good, right? (all together now: RIGHT!!)
then came home and crashed. woke up to timbap calling me. now THAT is the best way to start the day. what a good morning. now if only i could get this slumbering bear next to me to get up....
